As a commercial roofer for decades I'd start with putting plastic sheeting under the leak to catch it and control/funnel it into a large bucket or direct the water to another area, then you'll need a dry day, a ladder, and plenty of good quality clear caulking to seal up those leaking fasteners and seams....

Takr the forks of your forklift and lay them flat on the floor, it will scrape the ice up. I've done it in a -50 blast freezer.
Gotta stop the leak though, my leak was coming from the evaporator drip pan. Broken heat trace.

Put down kitty litter so u dont slip & get that sealed. If you use some kind of water resistant insulation the energy you’ll save by minimizing that heat loss from the metal celling and gaps might end up saving money in the long run
