Most likely multi-apping with too many other apps using the gps. Even if you have a mile-tracking app, a map app and one other gig app the gps can overload and causes crashes

You just have to restart your phone. Sometimes the app loses connection to yours. It happens to me at least once a day. Restart your phone, your current dash will still be there. You're welcome!!!

I use two phones. One ONLY has delivery/ride share apps on it. The other (my personal phone) is for maps, mileage tracker etc. I restart the delivery apps phone every 3 hours or so.

Yes it freezes on me all the time when trying to exit navigation and complete delivery, just force stop the app and open it again, i had to do that at least 5 to 10 deliveries so far

Android is TERRIBLE for Doordash! An IPhone 8 or newer version works best! Do NOT have automatic alerts activated from any and all your other apps because this SCREWS up the Doordash app(you must PRIORITIZE the Doordash app and no others)!!!! Hope this helps!!!

EVERY DOORDASHER PLEASE...email, call or go visit corporate tell those mofo not to alert our phones until order is 100% ready for pickup out of 10hr day 5hrs is waiting for food to be prepared....so damn simple to fix this...doorbash I.T. department will make restaurant alert only when ready of the pre alert the restaurant gets 3 strikes and they are fired from using it.

Ya know this only happens when im sent stacked orders.....its funny that when I hit accept for the second order that it spins and spins and spins....but the second the timer runs out.,....my app all the sudden words great again....interesting.....

I have had this happen...then realized my phone didnt have enough "free space" on it. I removed my vids to the cloud and took them off my phone, freed up about 50Gb of space! My app works MUCH MORE SMOOTHLY now! Hope this helps! π
