I’m still wondering why on a bar it’s all good to stay overhand but on rings l do need to switch hand possition or l get pain in my elbows.. 🤔

Actually thats very true i do my pull ups on a hanging bar and i was able to do like 5 to 7 on their but when i Actually tried on a normal bar i was able to do 15 😅

I’m heavy, ( overweight ) I know the simple answer, lose weight, but even at 2 stone lighter, I can not do one pull up.

I’m strong, currently not training, but can push 100kg.

Are some people’s bio mechanics limiting, or am I making excuses, ( felt like I may of answered my own question) 🫤
