Example from my present situation is that I was conditioned (Iām not a victim) into believing that after my fatherās death I had to take care of my mother and the house. Teddie (the mother) is a vengeful narcissist who has a strong sadist mentality. The point is that it is her goal to destroy me and she is at it every day! From smear campaign against me in the family etc. so I tell her ā thank you for making me better and stronger every day you show me exactly what not to beā I rather not engage but if I find myself doing it that is what I say. She loses her mind. I donāt want to create drama but she has made me stronger.

We have no modern role models. I look to the older times for wisdom and advice. I didnt have anyone to push me. I push myself like you should. What else can you do. With enough passion you can find the info and apply it and just keep persevering. Enemies are backtracking, they do not influence me at all. They inspire me to stay alone.
