Eat less than you burn. Thats it. Anyone telling you otherwise is not someone you should listen to. I don’t care how big their following is. Millions of people are being fooled and it upsets me

- Average 8 hours of sleep
- Protein (1-1.2g per pound of Lean Body Mass)
- Heavy Lifting for muscle mass & strength
- Cardio to burn extra calories + heart health
- Ate high fiber foods. Helped keep me feeling fuller for longer
