Today i am sharing 2 simple, practical and very effective ayurvedic home remedy for a clear acne free face.
This will also purify your blood and balance your hormones.
Step 1
Take 1/2 tablespoon of Triphala powder mic it with 100 ml of water in a mud pot. Keep it overnight
This remedy will work best if we use mud pot!
Next day empty stomach, strain the water and drink it slowly and don’t eat anything for 30 minutes.
Step 2
White sandalwood/ सफेद चंदन
To clean your face
For dry skim use Cold milk and for oily skin use Rose water!
Make a paste with sandalwood and add a pinch of turmeric with cold milk/Rose water as per your skin.
keep this pack for 20 minutes and after that wash it with running tap water!
You will be amazed to see the results!
