True. When comparing the time vs speed of light, the photons and neutrons travel faster than the time passing , but both are passing simultaneously in a split second.

Then we could assume that all photons hence all light is constant in the universe and all light we see is the same light which bounces around. So then when a star is born or you light a fire or something, you don't create light but you just uncover the carriers of light that are always the same number and everywhere. So would it be that light is just a traveling arc of some kind, like fire travels through fireworks fuse?

Grown ass adults with acid trip theories never be directly proven but on paper and confirmation biasis of vague observations out there. - the sequence of events and pauses in between them happen as they do , travel as fast as you want. You’re just part of them. They don’t change for you. You may not see them if traveling at speed of light sense that’s how things are visible.

Bro i can go 3 yoctometer per milliseconds

This is false. You can't reason about the reference frame of a photon because there is not reference frame in which a photon is at rest.

But how about light YEARS photons flighted from the stars to us? If time is not exist for them they'd fly simultaneously.

Bible: to God, (time) 1 day is like 1,000 years& 1,000 years is like a day. Peter 3:8
