I wish my gym had a gripper machine. I love doing grip training.

As mentioned before love your stuff!

In terms of programming do these sessions generally form the accessory/conditioning element of a main session? Just thinking of fatigue management partnered alongside upper push pull compound exercises/sessions or are they programmed alongside a lowers strength day?

I suppose depends on the goal and whether or not you wish to develop work capacity for the upper limbs with accumulated volume?
