That is an awesome find, CAD Roll Hunter! Brilliant shape! I found a '47 in a nickel box hunt in great shape last week. I learned a lot about that year! It had 12 sides and it was the '47 version that was actually made in '48. It had a maple leaf to the right of the date and the "4" had a die chip in the upper part of it. It, unfortunately, wasn't the rare version with the "dot" to the right of the date. My favorite nickel find of the year so far! Cheers!

Not many parking meter scratches either. That's a goodie! I just found my first Laureate quarter today with still a little lustre like that.
