That's some very good advice Shark, I work a full time job around 50 hrs. I then have a side business of remodeling and repairing homes, as well as scrapping and putting out videos for YouTube. I am probably getting around 6 hrs of sleep in a day if I am lucky, most of the time it's only about 4 1/2 hrs a night. Take care Shark and I will see you on the next video.

As parents and grandparents, we’re expected to be up and running all day, early to late. Then you have one of the kids get sick in the middle of the night. But, you still have others to drive to school. Then someone forgot lunch and the school lunch is liver and onions. Inevitable the sick one decorates the car with vomit on the way home from bringing the lunch. You clean up that and it’s time to get them back from school. You think ok, I’ll sleep well tonight, when at 2:00am it starts all over again with a different child. Add to that jobs and you really have a hazard on your hands. 😂
