As an Indian vegetarian I’ve never had this problem with veggies coz there are so many delicious recipes. I actually feel averse to meat.. coz I grew up around vegetarians

Also, micing/dicing veggies really really finely and mixing them into sauces(pasta especially) is literally so easy to bulk food with veggies with realising

My tip to eat more veggies is go and Google all the good things they do to your body specifically.

It helped me feel great about eating veggies to the point I enjoy eating them all even raw now lmao. Idk about everyone but this might help some people

I love veggies. The best way I add them into my diet is by adding frozen (or fresh if there's any) mixed veg into the instant noodles. Changes the taste of them massively
