In the LN, which the anime is following, Rimuru and Yuuki never fought, so they won't ever clash. Also even though the WN portrayed him as the evil final boss villain, he plays a much smaller part in the LN and is a way smaller player in this game compared to whoever else is involved in this from the shadows. Just as we think Yuuki is manipulating events from the shadows, othere have been playing Yuuki for a fool and have been manipulating everything else to a much higher degree

I don’t know if they will clash in the LN mainly because I heard rumors that there is only one LN left. There are still two main antagonist left The Evil Dragon and Feldway. Yuuki also needs a major power up to be able to stand up to Rimuru.
Unless Yuuki found away to take over Feldway body, through the skills Michael bestowed on him, I don’t see him winning.
