This delicious, easy recipe was created by NutraPhoria Holistic Nutrition graduate Carolyn (AKA @carolyn.mctavish). It looked so good, we decided to share her whole post with you!

"The easiest weeknight meal idea: 🥑Avocado Pasta!!!!

This pasta dish is SO yummy but also loaded with healthy fats and protein to keep you satisfied! 💪🏼 it’s also dairy and gluten free and bonus it was done in 15 mins!!! 🙌🏼

✨Don’t forget to hit save and tag me if you make it!!

Recipe (approx 4 servings)
-Pasta noodles of choice (I use Chickapea)
-2 avocados
-juice of 1 lemon and zest from half
-2-3 garlic cloves depending on taste
-3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
-approx 1 cup pasta water
-1 Tbsp olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste

1) Boil pasta noodles!
2) while the noodles are boiling, add all other ingredients except for pasta water to the blender! Add the water once noodles are boiled and blend!
3) adjust seasoning to taste. Adding more water if it’s too thick!
4) pour over noodles and top with protein of your choice! I did garlic prawns!
