I usually buy only books and vinyls in the thriftstores❤. I'm scared to buy jewelry, paintings, clothes. We don't know anything about owners of this little treasures, about their lives and health, about their last days. I believe all this things can bring negative vibrations in our life. I heard that information from one old witch from Ukraine.

That is really interesting. I’ve only Thrifted shoes a couple times in my life, and that never actually worked out probably more on an energetic level than I realized. I used to thrift all the time but since going deeper into my witchcraft and sensitivities. I actually find it extremely difficult to even be in or near any secondhand type of Shops. I do buy books used online all the time. But other than that I sadly do not buy thrift vintage antique or even garage sale anymore .. I am really big proponent on clear and new and my energy only and for that reason, I either make it myself sew it myself or I’d buy consciously from an artist or a company that is small and has the same ethics that I do. All that being said, I love your aesthetic and this does not mean that I don’t appreciate antiques and cool vintage vibes. I’ve just learned that for me where I am at right now in my path in my life it is not right for the energy that I’m seeking within my magical environment and witching homestead 🤎

I really love this idea but I’m just too worried about the planet, I try and thrift everything I can. I’ve never thrifted shoes because I can barely find any that fit lmao but if I ever found any then I would. 🫶
