Thank you for this advise, but what if you do cardio exercise sessions in between resistance exercise sessions? Consider aging athletes who play (vigorous) sports regularly and trying to add muscle building to prevent muscle mass loss. Do you know of any research on how to spread cardio and resistance and protein intake/ meal?

Im the same. I workout fasted although ill take EAAs in the morning with something caffeinated and B vitamins about 30-45 mins after waking up and before a workout. That way im fasted, have more energy for the workout, and am also not reliant on the caffeine to "wake" me up. And then if I have a protein. Shake? I take it afterwards like you do.
