I serve 14 years and he's not bashing women He's stating the truth. I am a strong woman and I'm not a pushover but the fact is I know my limitations and I could not compete with men in that training to be a Navy SEAL. Doesn't mean I'm weak it means I understand and know my limitations.

Small things like that are actually huge. Major respect for being intelligent enough to know that you don't actually know the answer (and not letting that hurt your ego), and for leaving the door open for women to use their voices to answer and not be spoken for. 👌

At least he was honest. There are some bad ass women in our military that do extremely difficult duties and that’s an understatement. The vast majority of men don’t want/can’t do seal training! I don’t want any part of it lol it’s beyond difficult!
My love and respect for every single person who has served and who is serving in our military! You all have done something I can never do and you’ve given me and my family safety, love and the right for us to keep living as we have been. Thank you so much for your sacrifices for us!💪🏽🩶

From what I've heard about Navy seals, it's not just about being tough and strong and above the level of excellence. It is a job where you are seeing the worst of the worst and the nightmares from it are terrifying. Seals are the ones that get picked for secret op teams. They are left on their own in the middle of nowhere, and if they don't show up for checking, the government isn't going to come looking for them because, a lot of times it's behind enemy lines. Seals, when and if they come back, are some of the most damaged physically and mentally of any other team in the military.
