Having knee and hip pain? Can't seem to find any relief?
Did you know that most knee and hip pain starts from the ground up?
What does that mean?
We need to first stretch and strengthen our ankles. If you don't have strong and mobile ankles, you are setting yourself up for knee and hip pain. Whether you are a weight lifter, runner, football player, etc. Stiff and weak ankles are a formula for injuries!
In today's video, I demonstrate a number of ankle stretches and exercises. Then I work up into exercises for the knees.
