Interesting lawsuit. Basically they had Micheal sign a conservatorship, instead of adopting him. Which he didnโt know. He thought he was a member of the family. But in reality it just gave them complete control of his name and likeness. The real Michael made nothing off this movie and the family made millions. He just wanted a family, and they tricked him.

This movie always made me cry... Sandra bulluck and my environment i grew up in made me feel so close to home. Growing up in fort worth texas i had a life of all colors and variety of ethnic groups. Im still tearing up jist listening to thie clip becaus my 12 year old self is coming back always watching this movie crying because it hit home and made me feel comfortable
