Ground transportation can be prearranged on travel sites online. They will wait outside with your name on a sign. You can also get a taxi from the taxi counter. They will tell you the price before you get in. Usually this is probably cheaper depending on where you are going. Taxis' were safe and friendly in our experience.

You disembark outdoors at HUX from these mobile stairs from both of ends of the plane. Passengers with disabilities were helped off with wheel chair below if needed.
Walk the path to immigration which looks like a giant hut then pick up bags. After picking up bags we went to customs where you press a button to see if you are selected for random search. Bags go through xray then if random selected then you open up bags for search. There is also a dog that smells your bags. All friendly but may take a bit more time. Many workers do not speak much english but still able to communicate.
