THANK YOU!! 😭 I’m 28 weeks pregnant right now and this is just realistic. Every day looks different, and I absolutely try to eat as healthy and balanced as I can.. but some of these videos make me feel awful because of how unrealistic they are. So much goes into what we eat - MONEY, time, physical & mental health status at the moment, not to mention all the things that come along with pregnant and eating. You’re doing great. Paying attention to it and trying your best is all you can do! 💗

Both Chobani and Bolthouse have great drinkable options Protein drinks. Check them out! They would be a great snack option, leaving your meal time to include protein with your fruit and veggies. Even a salad with chicken, veggies, chickpeas, would give you protein. Keep trying, it's a process. Maybe even 6 meals a day, making each smaller vs 3 a day regular size.😊
