Ingredient-
3 to 4 whole garlic (finely chopped)
1 small onion
1 1/2 tbsp ginger chopped
10-12 whole kashmiri red chilli
2 to 3 green chillies finely chopped
2 tbsp corainder stem
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp sugar
salt as needed




Recipe-

1.Remove the seeds from the whole kashmiri red chilli and soak it in warm water for 20 minutes.
2.Grind the kashmiri red chilli to make a paste.
3.Heat oil in a kadhai,add garlic,ginger,onion,coriander stem,salt and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add kashmiri red chilli paste and some
water, close the lid and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on low flame till the oil floats on top.
5.At last add red chilli powder,soy sauce,vinegar,tomato ketchup,and cook until it gets thick.
Store it in a jar and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 months.



Tips- Don't let the garlic turn brown,we just want it to be cooked and aromatic.
