I had Chronically low sodium cause im a big dude, and i calculated my salt intake and it was about half of what I should have. I had constant chest pain, stomach problems and migranes for years until i started eating more salt and it all got drastically reduced. Always remember that you are an individual and you shouldnt blindly follow advice even from doctors Dana (even though she rocks) cause you might be harming yourself doing so.

As a person who has hypotension, I love eating salty and savory foods. I eat noodles and foods like french fries with salt. I still feel hella dizzy everyday. Plus my mom also has hypotension.
My grandma loved eating food with salt and she ate a lot of salt when she was young. Later she got diagnosed with hypertension. So she had to limit her salt intake.

I ate too much chips in one sitting as a kid and I've had an aversion to salty chips since. Then I got into keto where you lose a lot of your electrolytes. Tried a potato chip and I HAD TO HAVE MORE. Wrong move cuz it's carbs π but i started eating saltier foods that were keto friendly and they tasted DIVINE.
One of my first lessons of listen to my body.
Also, off keto, the salty aversion returned
