First, I call in my team of Spirit Guides.
Then, they decide the type of protection I will need that day.
And lastly I trust that I am protected.

I also carry a few protective crystals with me. But it's mostly trusting my guides have my back while we are transmuting the darkness.

My Spiritual Team is a huge part of my spiritual practice. I talk to them everyday. You really have to cultivate a relationship with your team in order for the trust to develop. It's just like physical relationships.
