Thank you for showing off small traditional businesses. As a young confectionery, it's really hard to find a good place to work at because they don't exist anymore. People are careful with their money, and they'd rather buy at bigger stores and brands who they are used to. But we need small businesses for our economy to thrive. And the quality is so much better. There's real beauty and artistry in handmade food. ❤

I fuckin love lox on a bagel and that looks like the best combo. I just made fresh pickled red onions 3 days ago so I'm gonna substitute that part for more acidity. Love ya Josh
