I am doing this setup with a full m15 geared level 50 from BFA, I get far better results when it comes to socket farming (horrific visions for future speed sets) as well as dps meters and hp pools, I barely lose hp, mobs don't hit as hard (actually they almost do no physical damage compared to a level 60 of the same mob) and can take packs virtually bigger than 40 mobs and still be fine without poping defensives

@ Studen - have them just grab a rotation macro from wowlazymacros using the GSE addon that hits all those abilities and moonfire automatically when changing mobs. I have mine setup so it does everything. Makes it so I can just mindlessly do it without worrying about dying and can quickly round up mobs. I can listen to lectures and watch a Netflix show on my dual monitor setup while farming. Lol. 100% not against the TOS even if they use AHK or mouse macro. Blizzard GMs have said so as long as the person is clicking the AHK on and of and controlling movement. My macro will actually hit Frenzied regen to keep me up - doesn’t waste it. Have macroed so it’s not always going off but enough to keep me topped up.
