Btw this strategy is mainly for people starting out (0-18 months) b/c you can take advantage of newbie gains in a huge way. Will go more in depth on what I'm doing right now with my training in future videos

I started at 110 pounds for 6 reps. After a year of training im at 150 pounds for 15 reps. 6 more months to get 315, i guess its that easy lol.
