Another side note. Ohio has huge lot sizes. If u want a big yard for a decent with ur house Ohio is a great pick. Personally I really a nice sized yard.

You forgot to mention the constant shootings taking place all over Cincinnati (not only in the bad neighborhoods). 90+ murders per year are common, in a town of only 300k people. Which is the 10th highest rate of all cities in the US 😂 so yeah don’t move there with your kids

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. 9/10 properties you look for with a budget of a low to middle class income you will find terrible structures (rebuilding necessary) and very bad neighbors (drugs/ crime). Every city will be expensive unless you are comfortable with living with the crack heads and homeless. (No hate, I’ve spent countless weekends in Cincy, but I would never pay to live there)

I use to run thru there with work. No thanks. I'll stay in Tennessee. One reason is the cold plus gangs and crime. No disrespect but I'll stay down here

Those houses are probably pretty old, need tons of work, are in bad neighborhoods with high crime, and quite possibly 3 or 4 stories tall and about 30 feet wide,lol
