Peach Cobbler is a simple and delicious dessert that personally is one of my favorites to enjoy topped with either vanilla ice cream or whipped cream . Everyone thinks that they have the best recipe and I’m here to put mine out there as well since I’m also feeling confident about my recipe . This recipe is completely vegan and I bet you have some of these ingredients on hand to make so make it and be sure to tag @simplidished when you make it so I can hear your thoughts .

Batter :
1/2 cup vegan butter
3/4 sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp almond milk or soy milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp sea salt

Fruit Mixture:
3 cups peaches
1/4 cup sugar I love @zulkasugar
1 tbsp cornstarch

1. Mix vegan butter , sugar , vanilla and milk .Add flour , baking powder and salt mix and combine . Batter will be thick like a cookie dough consistency.

2. Sprinkle the batter on top of the peaches or your fruit of choice .

3. Bake at 350 F until golden brown you need to spray the dish with cooking spray so it will not stick .
