Of course they didn't. First class would have more privacy and larger personal space. You can check out AirChina's other video about their 777ER.

China Eastern do not have a Boeing 777-300ER but they have some on order to replace the Airbus a 340-600.

I think they removed first class on those planes that have this, because the demand for the first class was to low. So instead they opted for a larger business class.

Looks very basic. Legroom a little tight. But at least its 6 abreast.
