Great Singer and Song Writer!! IMO we need to be nurturing and encouraging more artists to be trusting in their Talent and Creativity to Write their own songs and develop their own Original Sound instead of continuing with the “trend” of Assembly Line singing where Singers and Musicians are being influenced to sound like Famous Artists in order to receive approval, be noticed and get what seems like a Break into the Industry!! This is robbing them from being their BEST and Most AUTHENTIC as Creators and Musicians and continuing with this damaging societal message that to be noticed enough to be seen to have the break they deserve and have worked hard for means to be inauthentic, not only cheated out of being the BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES, but also that success is only possible when you are a copy of someone else!!
And the FACT is that ALL of the GREATS of the Music Industry got there because they didn’t settle to be second best, but because they dared to be their own ORIGINAL SELVES and smash the barriers and create an entire generation of music by being THEMSELVES and Trusting and Nurturing their Passion for Music and their Tal
