The iconic British brand started kidswear offshoot the collections last few seasons. They continue to push the boundaries of children luxury clothing and keep to their brand identity with using lots of checks, the classic color palette and logo patterns.

2022 Spring Summer collection have similarities to the previous seasons, especially when it comes to color palette used: naturals, black & beige. This season they start to experiment with the check structural placement and few graphic prints. Still early days of the brand development — but popularity is still there.

For the brand to develop more and establish more stronger position, they need to innovate, especially in use of the special kids textiles and textile combination. With emergence of the street style, the classic fashion houses rely mostly on the brand image itself — and do not get me wrong — the quality of the products — is amazing. But overall: what comes to mind, that in the ever growing kidswear market: Burberry need to bring A level to their Autumn — Winter designs to stay competitive.

Established by Thomas Burberry in 1856, this British fashion institution is constantly reinventing itself. Famous for their super soft knits, classic cuts and the iconic waterproof trench coat; all of which are present in their designer kidswear collection, this timeless brand are a benchmark for distinguished style. Creative Director, Riccardo Tisci heralded the return of the renowned check print and it is present throughout the Burberry Kids collection for boys, girls and baby across mini-me designs, including shoes, coats, gorgeous check dresses and classic skirts.
