Penyebab lengket jg bisa karena beberapa faktor
- media las kotor, basah, atau ada cat
- Amper terlalu kecil
- Kondisi mesin las sudah tidak prima, atau arus listrik tidak stabil, ini biasanya menyebabkan kawat las lengket saat pengelasan sudah dimulai (bukan saat di awal)
Ada jg beberapa jenis kawat yg emang agak rewel, terutama saat mau dinyalakan sering lengket, misal lb-52-18, yg menurut gue lebih sering lengket dibanding lb-52u
