3 ❄️ = 30 so ❄️ = 10
❄️ + 2 🍭 = 20, so 2 🍭 = 10 and that means 🍭 = 5
🍭 + 2🍷= 9
Wait a minute… it’s two PAIRS of wine glasses!
So really it’s 🍭 + 4🍷= 9!
That means that 4🍷= 4 and therefore🍷= 1!
🍭 + 🍷 * ❄️ = 15
5 + 1 * 10 = 15
5 + 10 = 15
15 = 15
If you got 60, you did not use PEMDAS
If you got 25, you got the wrong wine value
If you got 70, you did both of these errors
If you got 17, you added 2 to the cor

A+A+A = 30
A+B+B = 20
B+2C+2C = 9
B+1C+A = ???
1st equation can be simplified to 3A = 30, so we divide by 3 to get 1A which is 10.
2nd equation can also be simplified by subtracting A from 20, which is equivalent to 10, so B+B = 10, 2B = 10, and lastly 1B = 5.
3rd equation, which is B+2C+2C = 9 can be simplified to 5+2C+2C = 9, 2C+2C = 4, divide all numbers by 2 to get 1C+1C = 2, then cancel them out to get 1C = 1.
Therefore, if we put them all together, A = 10, B = 5, and C = 1. You solve the rest.

ok time to use my head
if 3 snowflakes (x) = 30
3x = 30
30 divided by 3 = 10 = x=10
if snowflakes is 10, and two candy canes make it 20, then 2 candy cane (y) = 10
which means y= 5
candy cane plus two, two pairs of wine glasses= 9
if we use this logic, 9 - 5 = 4
so, 4 wine glasses equals 4.
4 divided by 4 is obviously 4, so
one wine glass is 1
now, you do 10 + 5 x 1
and if u have a brain, you will now find out the answer is
15, cuz of bidmas, or pedmas or pemdas or bimdsa whatever you call it which is
brackets
indices
division
multiplication
addition
subtraction
fun fact: it doesn’t matter which way you do division and multiplication, if multiplication comes first in an equation, you do multiplication first, and if division comes first than u do division first. the same rule applies for subtraction and addition.
ty for reading! :D
(btw this is basic year 7 maths)
