Update, Car dealership said I need to replace entire back arms because they don’t have enough power. I called bs and told them I’d replace myself if that was the case, they charged me $390 for diagnostics. Plus wanted to replace both arms for $539.
I still think this is a sensor issues now an arm issue since it all started happening after a car wash, I think a sensor went bad and that’s it.

I did find the issue, for me I only had to replace the non mortar arm, over time that support arm loses strength. Cost me about $80 to replace at AAA
