I use to work in Alaska doing Seafood processing and i would butcher opilio, dungeness, and king crab. The body gets disregarded the shell is basically garbage and the rest of the meat inside gets turned into surimi. Yall definitely need to try crab tails. So damn good i can eat without seasoning or butter

Crab has to be sold pre cooked I think. Crabs decompose very quickly so they can't sell raw crab unless the crab is still alive
