Love your channel. Ive made the standard flour mix and would like to make golden pancakes. I cant get the ratio between flour and wet ingredients correct to make a pancake cooked through before burning. Can you provide or develope a pancake recipe? Thank you so much!

Is your oven a fan forced oven? Because they cook at least 20deg hotter than a normal conventional oven.
