something needs to be done about real estate hoarding like this, lack of homes has made home ownership almost impossible for the next generation, and this is not good for the common good of the country. there needs to be some serious taxes levied on any residential houses after 2 that are owned by one person , couple or company. the taxes should be so high that it makes it undesirable to hoard homes. if the government is going to have to deal with a homeless problem, then home hoarders need to pay their fair share.
