Easy fruit cake 🍊

Ingredients:
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 70 gr.
Flour - 70 gr.
Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil 40 gr

For the filling:
Cottage cheese - 140 gr.
Cream 33% - 180 g.
Powdered sugar - 100 g.

For the jelly layer:
Tangerine - 500 g.
Gelatin - 10 g.
Water - 260 g.
Sugar - 30 gr.

Preparation:
1. For the biscuit beat the eggs, sugar, add sunflower oil until fluffy and sift the flour with baking powder and gently stir into the eggs with a spatula.
2. Place the dough in a 22 cm mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Check the readiness with a dry skewer.
3. For the cream, beat the cheese, cream and powdered sugar.
4. For the berry layer, pour gelatine in 60 ml. of water. Mix 200 ml. water with sugar, bring to a boil, remove from heat and cool slightly, add swollen gelatin and stir. Cool to room temperature.
5. Place the biscuit in a baking ring, soak in milk, smear with cream, place the fruit and pour a thin stream of jelly. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
