On this rainy Winter day, we had to share this nourishing pot of goodness by @lanaholistics with you!

She says:

“1. Throw these ingredients in a baking dish
— 1 butternut squash
— 1 head of cauli chopped
— 1 bulb of garlic
— 1 onion
— 1 cayenne pepper
— sage
— toss in salt, pepper, avocado oil
— bake on 375 degrees for about an hour (until squash is tender)

2. scoop out the flesh of the squash + add all ingredients to a large pot

3. Add 3.5 cups broth (I used chicken bone broth for added nutrients)

4. Blend with an immersion blender

5. Add your toppings, I used roasted chickpeas& bacon. Served with a side of toasted bread! Enjoy. ♥️”
