I had the worst and most horrible experience when I ordered this palette from Natasha Denona directly. I never received they still charged me and 3 months and endless emails they never cared to help me. Basically they took my money and costumer service was incredibly terrible 😑 so mad I will never buy from them. I wish I would have purchased from Sephora.
