How come we can look at the sun with the naked eye although a bit painfully but when an eclipse happens it can blind you?

Why you cant see the moon approaching before the eclipse? 🤔 some days you can see the sun and moon out together.

What are the chances that the moon after millions of years of getting farther away is somehow at the exact point in time where it's angular size is the same as the sun? At the exact point in time where humans are alive to see the sun and the moon as the same size because of this "coincidence"? On top of that what are the chances the sun is 400x wider and 400x farther away than the moon even after said millions of years of the moon getting farther away from Earth so their angular size even has a chance of being the same in the first place? Or the chances that somehow the moon can come to this exact distance where the sun is 400x farther away so their angular size can be the same so this "coincidence" can happen? not to mention somehow the sun also needing to be 400x larger at the same time. Quadruple that lol no other planet in the galaxy shares this coincidence with it's moon and star let alone being a planet that also harbors intelligent life at the same time. Mathematically impossible and space is fake.
