Put an alarm to wake up and go to bed early
If you’re really aiming to wake up at 4am try sleeping early around 10pm because even If you wake up early and you’re not feeling fresh it’s not worth it.
1. First thing go early to bed.
2. Have sufficient sleep.
3. After waking up first thing you need to do is get fresh with chilled water
4. Take a small walk around your house. If you do exercise or Yoga then best. ( till you started feeling that you are sweating , it will help you to avoid morning cold.
5. After small walk. If you can bath that is another best thing.
6. After it take a cup of tea or whatever you used to take early morning.
7. Start study using table chair combination.
8. If you fell sleepy in between take a walk ( leave your room
Studying requires concentration, if the environment is too cold or warm the consciousness is distracted, if environment is too comfortable and warm also keeping one in concentration is not possible.
It is better to study in your study room if the sun has doesn’t come out.
If the sun is rise then you can study in the terrace under the sun light .
