I gotta say…that’s total bullshit because I’ve done mail-in trade ins while having the new phone at home. They just mailed me a mailer to send it back at my convenience. This guy at the store was being an ignorant asshole. And by ignorant, I mean he didn’t know what he was allowed to do. I would have instantly grown a “may I speak to the manager” haircut and asked the store manager. Lol. But no seriously, I would have asked for the manager….hope things worked out for you Amir.
