for 850 you can get a better pc if you build it yourself with a 7700xt and a better cpu like a 5700x but i guess for a prebuilt its good value

I believe its looks cheap because its a 12400F and its on DDR4, parting it out it would cost only about 50 USD cheaper if you built it yourself. I'm converting from Australian prices so it may not be very accurate.
