Hey just a tip; I have a LM Linea mini and my workflow is similar. If you spin the Duomo too fast, you will actually sling more coffee to the perimeter of your portafilter with the centripetal force created with the high speed spin. If you slow down the spin on the duomo, you will reduce channeling.

Is this a single dose? I read some video vlog they they donβt recommend as the extraction time is too short. I see your machine is different a Manual not semi automatic. Maybe is possible for single dose? I dont like double dose too strong for me but single dose the extraction is too short.
