That’s my secret. Tho my genetics aren’t that good, I don’t see a lot of progress.
My brother looks like he’s been in the gym for a year, but he’s been working out with me for 2 months. I’ve been going to the gym for 2 years (consistently) and all of my life (inconsistently) and I look like I’ve never stepped into one before.

While I enjoy and like Tom Platz let's be real here while a good diet/protein intake, working out hard, and genetics play a part in bodybuilding all that alone won't get you to that kind of level that he was at. If you want to get to or even compete with anyone at that level trust me you will have to and are gonna resort to taking cycles of Peds they all do.
I don't have a problem with the ped use I just want honesty and full transparency about what it really takes and works so that people don't waste their time on half truths or bad info or while nothing to do with this video their money on all the snake oil out here with regards to the supplement industry.
