• Thousand Island Dressing
• Artificial Crab Meat (diced or shredded)
• Mini Salad Shrimp
• Monterey Jack Cheese (finely dice)
• Green Onions (finely diced)
• Celery (finely chopped)
• Cilantro & Italian Parsley (finely chopped)
• Salt & Pepper to Taste
🔻 Portion based on the # of people you are
feeding.
PREPARATION:
Boil pasta al dente (don’t over cook)
Let pasta cool then add all your ingredients
Mix until well combined.
Top with some of the cilantro and parsley for garnish.

That a twist on just my normal pasta salad. I will skip the cheese because I don't want a kick in my salad and I need real crab because I don't like the taste of the artifcial crab. This dish looks like a main course dish.
