🔹Together, pinpoint the most pressing issue that’s causing the most pain at the moment. It’s the first step toward a smoother journey.

🔹Don’t try to produce all the answers when working on solutions either, let the team collaborate on them together. This will also lead to better buy in and a better lasting change.
