🔥 Jeet Kune Do is the creation of Bruce Lee which is based on his research experience with 26 different styles of martial arts. They encompass Wing-Tsun Kung Fu, Western Boxing, Japanese Jujitsu, Muay Thai, Karatedo, Western Wrestling, Aikido, South Korean Taekwondo, Filipino Kali Silat, and others. It is the cultural interaction between East and West, traditional and non-traditional. Jeet Kune Do can be referred to as the origin of mixed martial arts (MMA) nowadays, with Bruce Lee's credo of breaking all restrictions over physicality, state of mind, and lifestyle, allowing for increased creativity and flexibility (like the complexion of water), and self-researching for each individual's path in not only martial arts but also different life aspects.
