3+ hrs in the mountains with Tecton X3s again … but this time with taped ankles, which worked like a charm. Good thing you’re unscathed. We have to be careful as our races are approaching.

Lucky you…. Btw, What tripped you? I always get tripped on uneven surfaces, where the concrete uplifted and I could not see clearly during the evening runs… I learnt to not run at night if possible and if I do I would carry a torch for an easy run only. 😊. Good luck on the Berlin

Cielo X1 not so stable.. Was there a pothole in the grass?

Glad you're ok! The cielo x1 is unstable for me at walking pace but feels great once I jog. That fall reminds me of how I felt at the end of my last half marathon. The bridge of the gods half ended on this small island with a grass field and so I start to speed up but under that soft looking grass the ground was all katywompus and I almost went down myself. And Friday for me is a yoga / recovery day so no run.
